  1. You have a lot of info here, which is great. I would format it a little differently just so things that are grouped together stay together and under a cohesive heading. I wouldn't use center-text format. you want people to be able to quickly find what they need to know. You have all the info- I like the brief yet specificness. Just try to reformat it so it's easier to "glance" over. Once you hook them with that then they will want to pour over it more thoroughly.
